About Pepperfish
In early 2001, a group of friends got together to co-locate a computer in Telehouse, due to the lack of good value flexible hosting elsewhere. Each of these friends, or 'members' pays for Pepperfish's upkeep and hosting themselves. It then seemed apparent that other people wanted good value flexible hosting, but were not in a position to co-locate a box of their own, so Pepperfish decided to sell on services as cheaply as possible to everybody's benefit.
Since then, Pepperfish has grown to be a well-respected web hosting provider, doing no advertising - most of our new customers come to us because we have been recommended by friends or colleagues. And as we're not run to make a profit, and the people who run it make use of it, it is important to them to keep it running perfectly.
Here are a few vanity shots of Pepperfish's first computer, salmon.
