We provide three main package deals, which all offer superb value for money. If you find that they don't offer exactly what you want, be it not enough web space, or too much mail space, then we also offer a modular pricing structure, which allows you to pay for just want you want.

Mail account

• Provides an email address @ppfm.net, with two configurable mail aliases, also inside @ppfm.net (with more as an optional extra)
• 5MB of mail storage (with soft limits, so email never gets deleted on your behalf, or new mail refused)
• Access to your mail via both insecure and secure POP, secure IMAP and via our webmail system
• A minimal shell account allowing you to read your mail with Pine or Mutt via ssh
• Highly configurable spam and virus checking
• All for just £10 a year

Basic PHP web hosting account

• Fully configurable web-based DNS management for your domain
• 100MB of web space
• PHP
• 5MB of PostgreSQL or MySQL database space
• Full SSH and FTP access
• Terminal mail handling
• 5MB of mail storage
• Mail access via both insecure and secure POP and IMAP, and using Pine or Mutt via SSH.
• "Soft Limits" policy
• All for just £50 a year

Professional PHP web hosting account

• Fully configurable web-based DNS management for your domain
• 250MB of web space
• PHP
• 10MB of PostgreSQL or MySQL database space
• Full SSH and FTP access

• Mail access via both insecure and secure POP and IMAP, using Pine or Mutt via SSH and via our Webmail system

Notes and other important information

1. All services (where appropriate) include a login account on the pepperfish systems via SSH to allow you to administor your files, sites and daemons.
2. We currently do not charge customers based on bandwidth. However, we do need to consider that people who use a substantial amount more than others will be charged. We won't just charge you without talking to you first, but be aware that substantial bandwidth usage will cost us money.
3. We are a bunch of full-time employed people who can't always be at the beck and call of the Pepperfish systems. Unfortunately this means that on average we will be unable to respond to a hardware failure any more quickly than 24 hours from failure, since we need to get the hardware down to Telehouse (who need written confirmation that we are turning up) and then we need to get the machine, fix it, and bring it back from backups. Fortunately, our systems have proven to be very reliable!
